Understand our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for our services.
1. Our Role & Your Understanding
Welcome to EASYCRED, a product of FLUXCAP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED. We are a loan aggregator platform, not a direct lender. Our primary service is to connect potential borrowers with our network of lending partners, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and Loan Service Providers (LSPs).
By using the EASYCRED platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. General Policy on Fees & Refunds
For Borrowers:
Using the EASYCRED platform to search, compare, and apply for loans is completely free. We do not charge you any fee for our aggregation services. Therefore, the question of a refund to a borrower for using our platform does not arise.
For Channel Partners (DSAs/LSPs):
EASYCRED facilitates agreements between partners and lenders. Partners are typically compensated via a referral fee or commission from the lender upon successful loan disbursement.
It is our general policy that these referral fees are non-refundable once paid out. This fee is for the successful service of sourcing and referring a qualified loan application that leads to disbursement, a service considered fully rendered upon completion.
3. Specific Scenarios Explained

| Loan Application Cancelled by Borrower | You can cancel your application anytime before signing the loan agreement and disbursement. Since our service is free, no refund process is involved. Please contact the lender directly to cancel. |
| Loan Application Rejected by Lender | If a lender rejects your application, you are not charged any fee by EASYCRED. The referring DSA/LSP also does not earn a fee, as the service was not completed. |
| Technical Error on Platform | In the rare case of a technical error causing a duplicate or incorrect charge, we will investigate and process a full refund. You must notify us within 30 days of the transaction. |
| Dispute between DSA/LSP & Lender | Disputes over referral fees must be resolved directly between the DSA/LSP and the lending partner as per their specific agreement. EASYCRED, as the platform, is not a party to these agreements and holds no liability. |
4. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- For referral fees already paid to a DSA/LSP for a successfully disbursed loan.
- For a borrower's change of mind after a loan has been disbursed.
- If a borrower fails to meet the lender's eligibility criteria.
- For any delays in loan processing attributable to the borrower or the lender.
- For differences in the final loan terms (interest rates, fees, etc.) offered by the lender compared to the estimates on our platform.
